Vacancy Description:
This is a terrific new business-focused and targeted sales role for a thriving and highly profitable property investment and sourcing business. Having experienced massive growth throughout 2011 and predicting another record year in 2012, they are looking to strengthen their telesales team with experienced sales executives. Applicants must have a proven track record in the investment property market and/or 'buy to let' industry. Alternatively you could be a highly successful estate agent who wants an office-based targeted telesales role.
To succeed you will be a passionate and enthusiastic property sales professional who is tenacious, ambitious and hungry for progression. You will be money-driven and be able to demonstrate at interview your genuine desire to significantly increase your earning potential.
The role includes:
- Selling a wide range of properties to professional, armchair, retail and Below Market Value investors.
- Liaising with investors on their requirements and presenting suitable deals from the current portfolio.
- Helping formulate marketing strategies to increase database of current investors.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction through the sale completion process and nurturing relations to get repeat business.
You will work in a buzzing and lively environment where you will be surrounded by very successful, highly target-oriented and strong-minded personalities. Applicants must be highly professional, articulate, persuasive, ambitious and be looking for a long-term role where success will be rewarded with promotion to a team management role.
