Basic salary £16,000-£22,000 p.a. plus uncapped commission (realistic OTE £50K) and car allowance

We are a successful, growing company dealing in residential property. Due to expansion we have an immediate vacancy for a Sales Negotiator. The role will involve both office and field sales. Duties will include:

•  Following up seller enquiries
•  Qualifying sellers
•  Property viewings with occasional long-distance travel
•  Admin work which will include working closely with the sales progression team and communication with sellers on the progress of property sales
•  General team duties

This position would suit a Sales Executive in the property sector i.e. an Estate Agent, Sales Negotiator or a Sales Executive in facilities management. The successful applicant will possess the following attributes:

•     At least 3 years’ experience in sales with proven track record, preferably as an estate agent or in the “quick sale” or BMV industries
•     Experience in conducting property valuations and marketing appraisals
•     The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment where hard work, customer service and meeting targets are your motivation to succeed
•     The ability to work as part of a successful team
•     Superb communication skills, closing skills and excellent personal presentation
•     Good IT skills
•     A proven track record within a target-focused team
•     Full UK driving license
•     Good organisational skills
