Q. Will you pay my legal costs?
A. Yes, Fast Property Solutions and cash buyers associated with us will pay up to £500 in solicitors fee which at the present time is enough to cover your solicitors costs.
Q. Can I stay in my property after I sell it to you or the cash buyer?
A. Yes, we can buy the property and rent it back to you, and you can be rest assured as long as you keep the tenancy agreement they will be no problem. You also will have an option to buy the property back. This whole process is of course 100% confidential.
Q. Do I have to pay commission or agency fees?
A. No, we are not an estate agent our service is FREE.
Q.I currently have the property on the market, will my estate agent mind me selling direct to you?
A: They will mind obviously as they are losing a potential 2-3% in commission if you are not on a sole agency it general does not matter otherwise check the terms and condition of your contract.
Q. After completion how long will it take to get my money?
A. You get you money soon after completion solicitors have the facility to do it same day.
